From Theory to Real-World Decision-Making Structures
OS Organizational Design Theory (OSODT) is a theory for analyzing organizations, states, companies, and other systems not simply as collections of institutions or human relationships, but as operating systems composed of multiple interconnected structures.
By treating any entity capable of decision-making as an “OS,” OSODT can be applied not only to states and companies, but even to individuals. This ability to analyze different kinds of decision-making entities through the same structural lens is one of the distinctive features of the theory.
At Kosmon-Lab, we are currently exploring whether OSODT can be applied beyond analysis to solving real-world organizational problems.
This page will present experimental implementations of OSODT and updates on their validation.
Current Status
Experimental / Proof of Concept
We are currently conducting preliminary validation toward a Proof of Concept (PoC) using OSODT.
Further updates will be published as the work progresses.
Demo
Interactive Demo
Currently in preparation.
We are considering releasing a generalized demo that removes environment-specific information from the current validation setting while allowing users to explore the basic ideas behind OSODT.
Once it is ready for public release, it will be made available through this page.
Coming Soon
Research, Not a Finished Product
This demo does not represent a finished commercial product.
It is part of a research project exploring whether OSODT can be transformed from:
an analytical theory
into
a decision-making structure
and ultimately into
executable software.
For this reason, the interface, functionality, structure, and implementation may change as the research progresses.
Some areas may also remain undisclosed where protection of intellectual property is necessary.
