1. Question

The third layer is Insight. It derives lessons that can be applied to modern states and organizations.
This study also uses OS Organizational Design Theory R1.34.00.00.

Temporary Legion OS
A temporary legion OS means a condition in which an army that has stopped obeying the existing governing OS forms temporary circuits of command, representation, negotiation, and order maintenance in order to avoid disorder.
Correction Outside Institutions
Correction outside institutions means action taken by the execution environment from outside the institution when institutional remedy has been lost.
Representative API
A representative API is a channel that connects the demands and will of a group to the outside in a negotiable form.
Command API
A command API is a command circuit that prevents the group from becoming disorderly and keeps its action aligned with a purpose.
Package Design
Package design means designing a semi autonomous execution unit with purpose, authority, execution environment, command, representation, range of action, and exit conditions.
4. Layer 1: Fact
In Livy’s Book 3, the conditions that led to the election of ten legion commanders appear step by step.
In Section 38, the decemvirs stayed in office after their term had ended.
